AiJiv Community Guidelines

AiJiv.ai (the “Platform” or “Services”) is a product owned solely by Cyberhuman.Ai, Inc. Any references to “AiJiv,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) refer to Cyberhuman.Ai, Inc. as the sole owner and operator of AiJiv.ai and its associated Services, including our website(s), platform, products, applications, and AiJiv Agents.

These Guidelines explain, in plain language, what we expect from everyone who uses AiJiv — whether you are a Creator building and personalizing an AiJiv Agent, or a Platform User interacting with one — and what you can expect from us in return. They summarize and make practical the rules already set out in our Terms of Use; where this document and the Terms of Use conflict, the Terms of Use will govern.

These Guidelines are incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Who These Guidelines Are For

Our Terms of Use apply to two categories of users, and so do these Guidelines:

  • Creators — users who build, train, personalize, or operate an AiJiv Agent (including creator clones, AI voicebots, and AI chatbots), typically using their own content, voice, likeness, or knowledge base materials.
  • Platform Users — users who access, interact with, or receive Output from an AiJiv Agent.

Where a rule below applies to only one category, we say so. Otherwise, it applies to everyone.

2. Our Core Principles

  • Consent is non-negotiable. Your likeness, voice, and body of work belong to you. AiJiv does not generate voiceprints or clones designed to uniquely identify you, except where a Creator has consented to use of their own voice or likeness for cloning or similar reproduction features.
  • Authenticity matters.An AiJiv Agent's Output should extend a real Creator's presence, not impersonate, mislead, or misrepresent who — or what — is actually speaking.
  • Creators stay in control. Creators retain all rights, title, and interest in their own User Submissions and control what their AiJiv Agent is trained on and how it is used, subject to the licenses described in our Terms of Use.
  • Respect is the baseline.Harassment, hate, and exploitation have no place on AiJiv, regardless of who they're directed at or why.

3. Expected Conduct

When using AiJiv, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, and not select an AiJiv User ID you don't have the right to use or that impersonates someone else;
  • Only submit, upload, reference, or use as training material content you own or are authorized to use, and disclose to us if any of your content carries restrictions on its exploitation;
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Guidelines, our Terms of Use, and all applicable laws;
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and take responsibility for activity conducted under your account;
  • Report content or behavior that you believe violates these Guidelines rather than retaliating directly.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Consistent with the Restrictions on Use and User Submissions provisions of our Terms of Use, you agree not to provide, submit, upload, or generate anything, or otherwise use or interact with the Services, in a manner that:

  • Infringement — Infringes or violates any copyright, trademark, patent, design, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of anyone else, including AiJiv — see our Copyright Dispute Policy for how these claims are handled.
  • Harmful or exploitative content — zero tolerance for anything involving minors. Is dangerous, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually exploitative of a minor in any manner; invasive of another person's privacy (including bodily privacy); discriminatory on the basis of gender, race, or ethnicity; or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonation and inauthentic media — Deceives or misleads any person regarding the origin, authenticity, nature, source, or accuracy of information or content — including through impersonation, synthetic media, manipulated media, or deepfakes — or impersonates another person, entity, authority, or organization.
  • Hate and incitement — Promotes or facilitates unlawful acts, terrorism, money laundering, or gambling, or promotes enmity, hatred, or ill-will between groups on the basis of religion, race, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or community, or is intended to incite violence or disturb public order.
  • Account and network security —Jeopardizes the security of your account or anyone else's account, attempts to obtain another user's password or security information, or violates the security of any computer network.
  • Spam, scraping, and platform abuse — Runs auto-responders or “spam” on the Services, or “crawls,” “scrapes,” or “spiders” any page, data, or Content — including for the purpose of training an AI model — without our express written permission.
  • Reverse engineering and competitive misuse — Decompiles, reverse engineers, or attempts to obtain the source code of the Services, bypasses or circumvents access-restriction measures, or uses Output to develop products that compete with AiJiv.
  • Illegal activity — Violates any applicable law, rule, regulation, or governmental order, or any third-party right.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive; the full Restrictions on Use and User Submissions provisions of our Terms of Use govern. We may take action on other content or conduct that clearly undermines the safety, trust, or integrity of the AiJiv community, even if not explicitly listed above.

5. AI-Specific Expectations

Because AiJiv is built around AI Agents — including creator clones, AI voicebots, and AI chatbots — a few expectations apply specifically to how these features are used:

  • Training data ownership: any material you use to personalize an AiJiv Agent to your voice, likeness, or creative style must be your own or properly licensed. As between you and AiJiv, you retain rights in your User Submissions, but where they include third-party rights, AiJiv receives no greater right than you are entitled to grant.
  • No unauthorized cloning: AiJiv does not generate voiceprints or clones designed to uniquely identify a person except where that person, as a Creator, has consented to voice cloning or similar reproduction features. You may not use AiJiv's tools to build a model of another person's voice, face, or style without their explicit authorization.
  • AI accuracy is not guaranteed: AiJiv Agents are continually trained on input data and designed to be accurate, but AiJiv does not guarantee the complete accuracy or error-free nature of AI-generated Output. Output is provided for informational and assistive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • No adversarial use: attempting to bypass, manipulate, or “jailbreak” AiJiv's safety systems, or using the Services to generate content specifically designed to violate these Guidelines, is itself a violation.

6. Reporting a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Guidelines, you can report it:

  • In-platform, using the report function available on the relevant profile, AiJiv Agent, or generated content, where available;
  • By email, at support@cyberhuman.ai, including a link or identifier for the content and a description of the issue;
  • For copyright- or trademark-specific claims, through the process described in our Copyright Dispute Policy.

We review reports in good faith and prioritize based on severity and risk of harm. We may reach out to the reporter or the reported party for additional information as part of our review, and may disclose information about violating users to complainants, affected persons, or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

7. Enforcement

If we determine that content or conduct violates these Guidelines, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on severity, intent, and history, consistent with our Terms of Use:

  • Remove any information submitted that is not compliant with these Guidelines or applicable law;
  • Issue a warning to the account responsible;
  • Temporarily suspend access to some or all of the Services;
  • Immediately terminate the account, at AiJiv's discretion — AiJiv has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of these Guidelines;
  • Disable or roll back an AiJiv Agent trained on unauthorized material;
  • Report the conduct to law enforcement or other relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

For severe violations — including content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or credible threats of violence — we may act immediately and without prior warning, including account termination and referral to law enforcement.

8. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may request a review by contacting our grievance officer at grievance@cyberhuman.ai, explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will endeavor to address your grievance within a reasonable period of time. We will review appeals in good faith, though not every enforcement decision can be reversed.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the current version. Any changes will be reflected in the updated Guidelines on our website and, where required by law, notified to you. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
